Edith Lopez

Good day! My name is Edith — though most people just call me E. I'm a near-native of Winter Park, Florida, the City of Culture and Heritage, and I've been blessed to call it home for most of my life. Thanks to my parents, who both served in the U.S. Military, I grew up rooted in this upscale, historic city just north of Orlando — a place defined by its chain of pristine lakes, tree-lined brick streets, and a rich cultural scene I'm proud to call my own.

I'm an alumna of Winter Park's celebrated schools, and the high standard of education I received left a lasting mark. It's why I've never stopped learning. I started college pursuing Political Science with plans to become an attorney, but my heart pulled me toward Education, inspired by the incredible teachers who shaped me. That drive to learn, teach, and keep growing still guides everything I do.

While in school, I was mentored into a career I never expected to love: property management in the multi-family industry. It began with a Leasing 101 class I paid for myself — on my birthday — at the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando. That was a Tuesday; by Friday I had landed my first job as a Leasing Consultant, and by the end of my first week I had leased six apartments. I spent more than a decade in that industry, and it never once felt like work. There's no feeling quite like handing someone the keys to a new home and making the whole experience warm, informative, and welcoming.

My last community was performing so well that the owners decided to sell. As I guided buyers, investors, and commercial realtors through tours, a thought took hold: one day, that realtor could be me. After three years I had poured into that community and its residents, I resigned to pursue real estate full-time — and founded my own notary and document-preparation company along the way.

Today, I bring that same care to every client: undivided attention, honest consultation, confidentiality, transparency, and genuine attention to detail. My goal is simple — to create a valuable, seamless experience from beginning to end, and above all, to serve people well. Because WE the People can make a difference.
